Similar to this, BBC micro:bits can't send voice messages, but they can send simple radio messages. This allows lots of micro:bits to talk to each other! Here we will send signals from one micro:bit (dot or dash) to any other micro:bits and make a handy translation code book that holds the BBC micro:bit with space to write down messages.

The micro:bit is a great way to keep watch and sound the alarm even while you're not around. Your mission, should you choose to accept it, is to turn your micro:bit into a combination lock to alarm a box (or door or drawer, or whatever your imagination drums up).

This course takes approximately 14 weeks to complete, spending about 1 week on each of the first 11 lessons, and 3 weeks for students to complete the final project at the end.

Playing rock paper scissors is usually a two player game… but it will work with many more players too! When playing with more than two players, it becomes a team game: all players shake at the same time, then the amount of rockspaper, and scissors is tallied between all the players.
